Geofusion is a Brazilian provider of cloud-based geolocation and geomarketing services. It received a R$35 million investment round from DGF Investimentos and Intel Capital, with participation from Fundo Criatec. The company was later acquired by Cortex, a marketing and sales intelligence firm, expanding Cortex's client portfolio to over 650. Geofusion is not a venture capital investor but a portfolio company.
