Groupon LatAm was the Latin American operations of the global daily deals platform Groupon, covering Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. It was acquired by Mountain Nazca, a venture capital firm, to strengthen e-commerce in the region. There is no evidence that Groupon LatAm itself operated as an investment vehicle or venture capital fund.
