The firm provides M&A, corporate debt, project finance, and corporate finance services across sectors including industrial, oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, retail, energy, and others. It has made direct venture investments, such as a US$1.2m co-investment in Mesfix, a Colombian crowdfunding platform. The firm is led by founding partner Andrés Henao Palacio and operates primarily in Colombia and Latin America.
