The Graduate Syndicate (TGS) is a micro-seed fund created by Flybridge Capital Partners to invest in startups co-founded by recent Harvard graduates. Founded in 2016, TGS has invested in nearly 100 companies, including Amartha, Banyan, Connie Health, Habi, Noetica.ai, and Tomorrow.io. The fund focuses on early-stage investments across sectors such as agentic AI, AI-native vertical SaaS, and AI-native fintech. It is led by Managing Partner Jeff Bussgang, who is also a General Partner at Flybridge and a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School.
