Acasa is a Colombian proptech company that offers a 'buy before you sell' financing model, enabling homeowners to purchase a new home before selling their current one by providing bridge financing. The company raised $38 million ($4.7 million in seed capital and $33 million in debt) in a round led by Quona Capital, marking one of the first proptech investments by the fund in Latin America. Acasa operates in Colombia and is expanding into Mexico, targeting homeowners who need liquidity to transition between properties. The company is the first to introduce this financing model in the region.
