Aprova Digital is a Brazilian govtech startup that helps municipal governments digitize and streamline their licensing processes, reducing bureaucracy and paperwork. The company provides a digital platform that enables prefeituras (city halls) to manage licensing workflows online, replacing manual, paper-based procedures. Its customers are local government authorities across Brazil. The startup raised a $4 million seed round led by Astella and VOX Capital, with participation from CAF and later from BB ASG, the corporate venture capital fund of Banco do Brasil.
