Briq.mx is a Mexican digital real estate crowdfunding platform that aims to democratize access to real estate investments previously available mainly to wealthy investors. Users can browse real estate investment opportunities, learn how to invest, and review projects that pass a selection and evaluation committee. The platform also offers financing options for real estate developers. According to its site, more than 90,000 people have used it, with over 2,800 million pesos invested across more than 180 projects. It received authorization under Mexico's Fintech Law, which it says consolidates its position in the real estate investment sector.
