Coploy is a Brazilian HRtech startup that provides a video interview platform powered by artificial intelligence. The platform enables companies to conduct and analyze video interviews of candidates, using AI to streamline the screening process. It has raised R$1.5 million in funding from investors Luiz Nacif and Renato Castro. In less than six months, Coploy has conducted over 10,000 interviews and aims to reach 2.5 million interviews by 2025.
