Edanbank is a Brazilian neobank focused on the B2B market, providing payment solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It recently acquired Cobratudo Soluções Financeiras, a subacquiring company that offers payment machines and means for SMEs. The fintech raised R$10 million from independent investors and issued R$12.5 million in debentures, reaching a valuation of R$200 million. The company was founded by entrepreneurs and former bankers.
