Finkargo is a Colombian fintech that provides a trade finance platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) engaged in international trade, addressing the financing gap in foreign commerce. Its offerings include Paga (advance payments to suppliers), Analiza (market intelligence), Verifica (supplier verification), and Protege (cargo insurance), centralizing trade operations. The company serves SMEs primarily in Colombia and Mexico, having expanded to Mexico in July 2021. As of September 2023, Finkargo had financed over $200 million in merchandise and served more than 240 clients, and in 2024 it raised a $95 million Series A extension round ($20M equity, $75M debt) led by QED Investors.
