Fortem Capital is a Mexican real estate fund manager that acquires and develops luxury residential, retail, and hospitality projects. It operates as a subsidiary of the IPB Group real estate company. The company raised MXN5 billion (approximately USD 250 million) through a CKD (Certificado de Capital de Desarrollo) listed on the Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA) to fund 13 to 16 projects. It also acquired 50 lots for luxury residential development in Mexico for approximately USD 30 million.
