The company uses molecular techniques and bioinformatics to discover and develop new microbial strains and organic molecules, aiming to increase crop productivity and sustainability. Its products include a fungicide for soybean fungus and solutions that improve water use efficiency and plant resilience. Gênica serves farmers through a network of over 48 distributors and 250 points of sale, and has treated more than 6.5 million hectares. The company invests 10% of its revenue in R&D and has raised R$6 million from SP Ventures for a 44% stake.
