GoodStorage is a Brazilian company that provides urban storage solutions, originally focused on self-storage and evolving into a one-stop shop for urban warehousing. It offers flexible storage modules, including self-storage boxes and flexible warehouses (galpões flexíveis), targeting both individuals and businesses of all sizes. The company operates primarily in São Paulo and has expanded through acquisitions, such as the purchase of Guarde Aqui, increasing its portfolio to over 60 units across Southeast and Central-West Brazil. GoodStorage has raised US$75 million in investment and plans to invest R$1 billion to double its leasable area, managing over 500,000 square meters of gross leasable area.
