Lobbi is a Chilean software platform that manages residential communities and rental properties, solving the fragmentation of common-expense and rent administration often handled with spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. The product connects administrators (administradoras), owners, residents, and tenants through role-specific panels; administrators can register expenses, prorate by alícuota, issue charges per unit, reconcile transfers, and track collections and delinquency, while owners can create rental contracts, generate monthly charges in CLP or UF, and manage delinquency. It also supports payments, reconciliation, and reservations. It operates in Chile and LatAm, and is free to start without a credit card.
