Mesfix is a Colombian crowdfactoring platform that enables small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to obtain financing by selling their outstanding invoices to a pool of investors. The platform connects companies needing working capital with individual and institutional investors who purchase the invoices at a discount, providing liquidity to the businesses and returns to the investors. Its primary customers are micro, small, and medium enterprises (mipymes) in Colombia. As of 2017, Mesfix had facilitated the financing of approximately US$3.5 million in invoices for over 65 SMEs, and it raised US$1.2 million from InQlab and IKON Banca de Inversión, followed by a COP$1 million investment from Odiseo and Capria.
