Open Co is a Brazilian fintech company that provides unsecured credit (crédito sem garantias reais) to individuals and small and medium enterprises (PMEs). It was formed by the merger of Geru and Rebel in 2021, and later merged with BizCapital. The company offers loans without real guarantees and has raised R$ 50 million in FIDC (Fundos de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios) to expand its SME lending operations. Open Co operates exclusively in Brazil.
