Oyster Financial is a Mexican fintech startup that provides a digital banking platform for small to medium-sized businesses and startups. The company offers B2B payments and financial management services to help SMEs manage their finances. It raised $14 million in seed funding led by monashees and SV Latam Capital. Oyster was later acquired by Mexican unicorn Yaydoo to expand its B2B payments capabilities.
