The platform uses artificial intelligence across modules for payroll, time management, performance evaluations, feedback, employee culture, and document management, enabling self-service and data-driven insights. It serves companies in Latin America, with a strong presence in Chile and expansion into Mexico following its merger with Osmos. Rankmi raised a Series A round at a $48 million valuation led by Softbank Latin America, and previously secured $1.5 million from Beagle Ventures.
