The platform provides an intelligence layer that helps companies navigate complex regulatory landscapes across multiple jurisdictions, particularly for digital assets and fintech markets. Its primary customers are financial institutions, crypto exchanges, and other regulated entities operating in Latin America and globally. The startup was founded by Nicole Dyskant and Dan Strougo, who previously sold their compliance startup Compliasset to Sinqia in 2023, and has raised R$4.2 million (approximately US$800,000) in a pre-seed round.
