SuperCasas
Dominican RepublicProptechFounded 2006
SuperCasas is a Dominican Republic real estate marketplace (classifieds portal) that connects property buyers and renters with sellers, private landlords and real estate agencies, addressing the fragmented local property search problem. The site is organized as a searchable listing catalogue spanning apartments, houses, villas, lots, farms, warehouses, offices, buildings, penthouses and commercial businesses, and it also publishes a directory of real estate agents and agencies. Its customers are property seekers and property sellers/agencies across the Dominican Republic, and the archived team page confirms Spanish-language, country-specific operation for República Dominicana. The portal is operated by Cibermercado, S.R.L. (copyright notice) and is presented as part of Grupo Súper, the group that also runs the automotive classifieds site SuperCarros.com. No user counts, GMV, valuation, revenue or funding figures appear in the available evidence.
