Brazil Tower Company (BTC) is an independent telecommunications tower company that builds and leases wireless communication towers to mobile network operators. The company addresses the need for expanded network infrastructure in Brazil by constructing towers and leasing them to operators, enabling them to improve coverage and capacity. BTC finances its tower construction through long-term debt financing, as evidenced by a US$79m first close of a US$104m senior secured debt facility from international lenders led by Cordiant Capital. The company operates exclusively in Brazil and focuses on fulfilling a contracted pipeline of tower deployments.
