Trace Finance is a regulated financial infrastructure company based in Brazil, focused on cross-border payments and stablecoin settlement. It connects stablecoins with local banking systems in emerging markets, enabling faster and more efficient international transactions. The company was founded in 2021 by Bernardo Brites (CEO), Leone Parise (CTO), and Rafael Luz (COO). In 2023, it raised a $32 million Series A round led by CoinFund, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Valor Capital, Clocktower, FJ Labs, Haun Ventures, and Jump Crypto.
