It serves as an AI-native operating system for multi-unit operators, connecting data sources such as POS, ERP, schedules, financials, and inventory, and adding additional sensors like cameras, scales, and microphones where needed. The platform uses AI agents to monitor every line of the P&L across stores and shifts, identifying opportunities to improve tasks, training, and motivation for store staff. Visio.ai has raised $2.5 million (R$12 million) in seed funding and counts Subway and Bob's among its clients, with a goal to support 1,200 retail establishments by 2025.
